Key Responsibilities

• Assist with complaints handling (internal & external)
• Prepare complaint reports for senior management
• Monitor AML transactions daily and support AML audits
• Help with risk remediation, privacy breach handling, and approvals
• Review risk registers (breach, data privacy, disputes, incidents)
• Support compliance training portal management
• Gather information for audit requirements
• Perform other tasks as needed to meet business goals
