• Monitoring of all operational processes and procedures

• Prepare reports on monitoring and audits of assigned sites.

• Create and manage effective action plans in response to compliance issues

• Regularly audit company procedures and documents; remind and manage employees to follow these procedures.

• Ensure paper works are filled-up properly.

• Compile and keep safe all files.

• Attend or organize weekly compliance department meetings.

• Accomplish IRs for non-complying employees.

• Provide reports on regular basis to keep management informed of the progress of compliance

• Checking of plastic inventory sheet (PIS) and jug inventory sheet (JIS); report missing plastics/jugs.

• Daily site update of assigned sites.

• MMR visit monitoring of assigned sites.

• Securing permits of MMR site visits

• Maintenance monitoring of assigned sites.

• Escalations monitoring of assigned sites.

• Prepares performance reports and measuring of Key Performance Indicators.

• Checking of the quality and completeness of documents vendo machines before dispatching.
