• Monitor and process end to end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize and avoid risks for facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
• Monitor external partners’ compliance requirements - ensure that SPX’s partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
• Diligently update and track statuses for hubs’ compliance for all facilities assigned by the PIC. 
• Communicate with Internal Stakeholder management and partner lessors.
• LGU relationship building and management.

Requirements

• At least 2 yrs College Degree 
• Minimum 1-2 years in related field/function
• Knowledgeable on processing of business permits (renewal, new, and retirements) and other regulatory compliance for Warehouse. 
• Keen attention to details and has a good communication skills to build rapport with different LGU offices; specifically BPLO and BIR
• Knowledge on the nuances between the different permits’ requirements, how to secure, and how to navigate changes from LGU to LGU.
• Must be willing to travel and can do multitasking
• Having a connection with different LGU’s is an advantage.
