• Manage business registrations, renewals, amendments, and compliance with SEC, DTI, LGU, BIR, and other agencies.
• Prepare and file required documents to meet government deadlines.
• Track regulatory updates and maintain a compliance calendar.
• Safeguard permits, licenses, and compliance records.
• Liaise with agencies and assist clients with expansions or ownership changes.
• Guide staff and clients on compliance procedures.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and records management.
• Monitor office supplies and inventory.
• Support HR and payroll tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in admin support, compliance, or government liaison work (preferably in accounting, lending, or law firms).
• Familiarity with SEC, DTI, BIR, LGU, and other compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
