The Compliance Officer will assist the Compliance Department Head in developing, implementing, and managing Company's Compliance and Data Privacy Program. The role involves ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. The Compliance Officer will work closely with all departments, including Regulatory Bodies i.e., BSP, SEC and NPC to identify and mitigate compliance risks and to provide guidance and training to employees on compliance, regulatory, data privacy, and other related matters.

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Internal Auditing, Management, Business and IT-related or other allied courses.
• With at least 5 years experience in the areas of General Compliance, Compliance Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, IT Compliance, Internal Audit (General and IT), External Audit
• Proficient on General and Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management
• Proficient in Audit and Compliance with various regulatory requirements as prescribed in the prevailing laws, rules, regulations, circulars, and memoranda.
• Proficient in handling Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Assessment/Audits and other similar regulatory bodies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Must be a CPA. Other certification/s such as CIA, CISA and CRMA is a plus.
• Advance experience in the field of Compliance and Internal Audit in an Operator of Payment System (OPS), Universal/Commercial/Thrift Banks, EMIs, FinTechs
• Advance knowledge on the performance of Compliance Testing and Audits
• Experience in aspects of Planning, Budgeting, Costing, Business Management, IT and Information Security and Project Management
