OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our compliance and quality assurance function. This role ensures our business operates in full alignment with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and industry best practices. You will play a key role in safeguarding product quality, building trust with stakeholders, and strengthening our reputation in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

•  Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and internal policies.
•  Oversee quality assurance processes and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
•  Utilize compliance software to streamline reporting and monitoring.
•  Provide guidance and training on regulatory requirements to internal teams.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive a culture of compliance.

WHAT YOU BRING

•  Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Business, or related course.
•  5–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or a related field.
•  Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO compliance.
•  Experience in the same industry is an advantage.
•  Proficient in compliance and documentation management tools.
•  Excellent communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
•  Leadership ability with experience handling teams.
