الوصف

Conduct regular audits of medical records for MS-DRG compliance.
Analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness in coding.
Review paid claims to identify overpayments or underpayments from hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities.
Collaborate with clinical staff to educate on DRG guidelines.
Prepare reports on audit findings and recommend process improvements.
Stay updated on CMS regulations and coding standards.
Ongoing training is provided for coding updates and audit protocols.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient coding.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG assignment (MS/APR), HAC/POA validation, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.
CCS certification.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work options; flexible hours may be required.
Amenable to Taguig hybrid work & night shift.
Experience mentoring junior coders.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, critical thinker, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
