Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of consequential illness or injury. Promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for all employee. Maintaining good communication regarding healthcare and safety. Assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Preparing schedules and monitoring of employees' Annual Physical Examination and Pre-employment Physical Examination.
Attending all Health and Safety requirements for inspection compliance.
Preparing reporting requirements in Health and Safety Environment Department for external audit both for construction site and main office.
Attending and preparing reporting requirements for Department of Labor Employment, regarding Health and Safety compliance both for Construction Site and Main Office.
Filing and safe keeping of employee's medical records.
Attending employees' medical needs with Physician's approval if needed.
Ensure that all health issues of construction personnel are well taken care of and addressed correctly including screening and referral with Physician's approval if needed.
Monitoring and requesting medical supplies.
Participating and assisting HSE Manager in all activities related to Health and Safety, such as inspection, tool box meeting, health and safety committee meeting, drills etc.
Conducting health education.
Assists in developing and implementing health and safety programs (Mandatory 8 - Hours OSH Training, Health and Safety Committee, OSH Program).
Developing disease prevention programs.
Documenting all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace. Ensure that all accident and incident report is monitored and kept on file for EC benefits claim compliance.
Assists in observing and assessing the work environment for potential dangers and hazards.
Provide first aid including follow-ups and referrals.
Monitoring the health status and issues of employees.

Conducts inspection of workers barracks and ensures cleanliness at all times.
Monitoring and keep safe of all investigation report and its corrective action for health and safety measures in the workplace.
Coordinate with accredited hospital for site (Rizal Medical Center) and nearby hospital in order to assist the project site in case of extreme emergency. Coordinate with HMO accredited hospital (HQ) in case of extreme emergency.
In charge of scheduling of pest control.
Work with the EHS Manager for Health and Safety Management.
Other GFL tasks that may be given from time to time that are within the company projects and property.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least Professional License in Nursing or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must have BOSH for construction/OHNAP (Occupation Health Nurses Association of the Philippines)/OCSH certificate, and/or updated First Aid Training
Preferably with experience in a construction site
Must be flexible
Willing to be assigned at Project Site (Pasig)
Can start ASAP
