الوصف
Underwriting Evaluation and Risk Assessments
- Review and assess life insurance applications, focusing on health-related factors and risks, as well as identifying potential AML red flags.
- Utilize underwriting guidelines to make informed decisions on policy approvals, modifications, or declines, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments that incorporate health, safety, and AML considerations to enhance underwriting accuracy.
- Monitor and inspect health and safety aspects of operations, actively engaging supervisors and employees in safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory ‹requirements related to health and safety, conducting safety inspections and audits as necessary.
AML Compliance and Reporting:
- Implement and oversee robust AML compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements and best practices in underwriting.
- Conduct thorough customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identities of policyholders and beneficiaries.
- Monitor compliance with AML regulations and ensure that suspicious transactions are reported appropriate\y.
Health Promotion and Employee Support:
- Work closely with employees to raise healthcare awareness and promote health strategies aimed at minimizing workplace accidents.
- Create and implement emergency preparedness plans and conduct mandatory training on Occupational Safety and Health.
- Provide first aid treatments and ensure that employees receive appropriate medical attention when needed.
Continuous Improvement and Communication:
- Demonstrate high professional standards and ensure compliance with both underwriting and health and safety policies and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on underwriting best practices, health and safety regulations, and AML compliance.
- Communicate regularly with various departments, including Human Resources and Operations, to foster a culture of safety and health.
المتطلبات
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance underwriting or a related role
- Experience in health and safety management within a corporate setting
Technical Knowledges
- Registered Nurse or relevant certification in underwriting (Essential)
- Basic Life Support and First Aid Training (Essential)
- BOSH Training (Safety Officer 2) (Essential)
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health, Emergency Response, and AML regulations (Essential)
