  • Provide medical care and first aid to employees.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee health-related matters.
  • Educate staff on health and safety practices.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in First Aid, PHRN, and Medical procedures; excellent communication skills; capable of preparing reports; holds a valid PRC license; must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in an office environment, with potential emergency situations requiring immediate response.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, strong decision-making abilities, and high level of professionalism.
