  • Provide first aid and medical treatment to employees as necessary, addressing minor injuries and health issues that arise during working hours.
  • Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health trends to identify potential workplace hazards and recommend preventive measures.
  • Educate employees on health and safety practices, including ergonomics, wellness programs, and disease prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation of employee injuries and treatments, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement workplace health initiatives and policies that promote a healthy work environment.


  • Candidate must be Bachelor/ College Degree; Board/ Professional License Passer in Nursing or any equivalent.
  • At least 1(one) year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule and be assigned in Pulilan, Bulacan.
  • Must be Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy.
  • Newly registered nurses are highly encouraged to apply!
