Responsible for the safe, timely, and hygienic transportation of fresh products, raw materials, and company personnel in compliance with food safety.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport fresh products, raw materials, packaging materials, and other goods to and from production sites, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection schedules to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Maintain product integrity by following proper handling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of vehicles, especially refrigerated or food transport units.
• Properly secure cargo to prevent damage, contamination, or spoilage during transit.
• Complete delivery documents, logbooks, trip tickets, and proof of delivery accurately and on time.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams regarding delivery schedules and route planning.
• Report incidents, accidents, delays, or deviations immediately to the supervisor.
• Support internal deliveries and company errands as assigned.
