Assist the company with all transport-related duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transporting company staff as well as various products, documents, and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Maintaining record of the following:
• Travel log to record work hours, travel time and locations traveled to
• Odometer reading, gas request monitoring, RFID record
• Perform routine checks on the company vehicle including monitoring of schedule of car maintenance.
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Responsible in requesting of gas refueling, RFID application and reload.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably completed at least two (2) years college or vocational course
• With at least two (2) years’ experience in driving
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing to work beyond work hours
