  • Safely drive company staff, clients, and visitors to required destinations in a timely manner.
  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other company materials as instructed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes, etc.) and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of daily trips, fuel consumption, and mileage.
  • Follow assigned schedules and routes while being flexible to urgent or last-minute requests.
  • Adhere to traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Assist passengers with loading/unloading luggage, parcels, or materials as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when transporting company executives and sensitive materials.
  • Perform other duties related to transportation and logistics as assigned.
