Responsibilities:

Engage with and manage daily community conversations

Answer user questions and provide support

Plan and host community events

Grow and support a localized Russian-speaking community, with monthly user growth KPIs

Requirements:

Fluent in both Russian and English, capable of natural communication online and offline

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of Web3 and crypto culture

Previous experience as a community ambassador or moderator
