1. Perform assigned field visits of locations connected to debt cases according to work procedures

2. Negotiate effectively with debtors to maximize recovery of delinquent accounts

3. Maintain professional service quality and escalate all noteworthy issues to the supervisor

4. Educate borrowers in financial literacy to help them avoid future delinquency

5. Record genuinely and completely all required information into designated software applications

6. Perform telephone reminder calls with time and frequency limit set by law to maintain close contact with assigned accounts

7. Actively participate in company meetings and trainings to continually improve work skills

1. Working experience in collection or in other field services such as delivery or moto-taxi is advantage

2. At least high school or senior high school graduate; College degree is an advantage, Financial/Accounting/Credit/Risk/Legal background preferred

3. Clean criminal record

4. Can complete the requirements prior Joining the next batch of Training.

5. OWN A MOTORCYCLE FOR FIELD WORK.
