Mag-negotiate at mag-collect ng payments sa Home Credit clients over the phone

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Kailangang may good communication at persuasive
• Tech-savvy and good coordination skills
• At least High School graduate

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to not paying clients, make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
• Willing to work in Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
