- Debt Collection: Visit clients' locations to collect overdue payments on loans, credit, or other financial products, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of collections, payments, and customer interactions, updating databases and reports regularly.
- Customer Negotiation: Work with clients to set up payment plans, provide solutions for overdue accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction while recovering debts.
- Experience: Previous experience in collections, fieldwork, or a customer-facing role in the financial industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in various locations.
- Licensing and Knowledge: Familiarity with debt collection regulations, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license for travel.
