2.1 Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer

booking, staff scheduling.

2.2 Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to

meet and exceed sales goals.

2.3 Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise

to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.

2.4 Manage and handle cash on a daily basis

2.5 Manage the clinic’s inventory of supplies and products.

2.6 Maintain clinic safety standards and cleanliness as required.

2.7 Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing

ones.

2.8 Assure timely availability of qualified Aesthetician through active participation in

training process.

2.9 Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise

2.10 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.

Salary Range

Php 30,000- 40,000 salary

1. Edsa Shangrila, Ortigas Center Mandaluyong

Work Schedule

6 days a week

1.1 Must be a College Graduate

2.1 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/

aesthetic field

3.1 Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.

4.1 Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing

teams.

5.1 Excellent organizational and communication skills

6.1 Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.

7.1 A positive ‘can do’ attitude.

8.1 Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of

‘management’.

9.1 A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.

Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
