Customer Service cum Clinic Assistant

Location: Chino Roces, Makati City

Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to invite customers to visit the clinic (warm leads provided)
• Follow up on appointment schedules and remind customers according to their treatment plans
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and maintain ongoing customer follow-ups
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support daily clinic operations and assist other departments when needed
• Update and manage customer information accurately in the system

Job Requirements

• Experience: Call Center, Customer Service, or Tele-sales
• Strong customer-service mindset with focus on customer experience
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and energetic
• Good communication skills; clear and polite phone manner
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills (Excel, messaging apps)
• Basic English communication skills
