  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners.
  • Assign daily duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet company cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and other workspaces to verify compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards; report any deficiencies.
  • Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training to maintain high service quality and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens; place orders proactively to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.
