الوصف

  • Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas for quality control.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, including time-off and shift adjustments.
  • Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping procedures to improve guest experience.
  • Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

المتطلبات

  • Education: At least College Level.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in housekeeping or facilities management, with 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Focused on cleanliness, organization, and quality.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with housekeeping practices, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Flexibility: Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
