  • Reports directly to the Head of Operation
  • Analyze and evaluate the claims based on the relevant documents submitted to certain whether the claims are valid, and to establish the party liable.
  • Prepares full report for the head of Operations based on the result of the analysis and evaluation of the documents with recommendation whether the claim is for settlement or not.
  • Prepares correspondences as necessary for the purpose of obtaining relevant shipping and claim documents, negotiating a settlement on a W/P basis, and letters of appointment to experts, such as lawyers, surveyors, and divers. etc.
  • Attends meeting with 3rd parties as needed.
  • Liaises/coordinates with the perspective law firms handling the cases as needed
  • Designated surveyors for new matters/appointments
  • Performs other duties as may be required.of Operations based on the result of the analysis and evaluation of the documents with recommendation whether the claim is for settlement or not.
  •  Graduate of Custom Administration, Law, Political Science, Masscom and Education. But we still welcome any 4 year courses.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • excellent in English both in communication and written
  • initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
