We are seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to join our NON-LIFE insurance team at Manila Bankers Life Insurance Corp' in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of claims for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the processing of claims and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
2. Investigate and resolve complex claims, providing guidance and support to the claims team
3. Analyse claims data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless claims experience for customers
5. Provide training and mentorship to the claims team to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports as required
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of claims-related initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a claims supervisor or management role within the insurance industry
2. Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, regulations, and industry best practices
3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
