We are hiring an experienced and highly competent Senior Claims Specialist for our PAEH Project.

• Handle contract claims, variations, and disputes effectively by reviewing documentation, analyzing issues, and negotiating resolutions to minimize project and legal risks.
• Ensure full adherence to contract terms, FIDIC standards, industry practices, and company policies, while maintaining accurate and complete contractual records and correspondence.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to align contractual obligations with project timelines and objectives.
• Analyze project progress and prepare detailed claim reports and recommendations.
• Proactively identify potential delays or claim risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance during Dispute Board (DB) and arbitration processes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management and claims handling, with a strong background in infrastructure or higiway projects.
• Proven success in managing FIDIC-based contracts and in-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan local laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in Dispute Board (DB) procedures and arbitration, with at least one successful outcome.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent report writing skills and ability to handle complex claims independently.
• On-site work experience is essential; preference given to candidates with highway construction experience.
• Recognize and align with the company’s corporate culture, and be willing to work in Sri Lanka on a long-term basis with CCECC.
• Candidates with prior overseas work experience will be given preference.
