  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 6 months of BPO experience in Sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong compliance knowledge, collaboration abilities, business analysis skills, project management experience, customer-oriented approach, and expertise in content moderation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide timely and effective chat support, ensure compliance, assist with project management, analyze customer needs, and moderate content.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily on-site
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
