The RTBM Associate shall be responsible for the real-time monitoring of bus locations and the accurate estimation of arrival times at designated stops through the use of GPS technology. In addition to location tracking, the incumbent is expected to maintain continuous oversight of passenger activities and movements both within and around the bus environment. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the highest standards of safety and security for all individuals and company property.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and operate all RTBM systems in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct surveillance to detect criminal activity, misconduct, and policy violations within bus operations.
• Prepare and submit incident reports with supporting CCTV evidence to the immediate supervisor.
• Review CCTV USB data and obtain approval before deleting or clearing any footage.
• Submit CCTV reports promptly and accurately.
• Maintain all logs and records with strict adherence to security protocols.
• Ensure data integrity; falsification of records is strictly prohibited.
• Follow assigned work schedules and obtain prior approval for any absences.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of company information and surveillance data.
• Report any CCTV system malfunctions immediately.
• Perform pre-duty system checks, including camera functionality, video/audio quality, system performance, and log documentation.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• BS Criminology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Transportation, or any related field.
• Experience in GPS or CCTV monitoring is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and real-time location monitoring tools.
• Ability to remain alert and responsive during monitoring shifts.
• Proficient in using computers, monitoring software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Committed to ensuring safety, security, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig.
