  • Welcome and assist customers at Old Chang Sheng Jian Bao with prompt, courteous service.
  • Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
  • Ensure menu knowledge to accurately process food & beverage orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
  • Uphold company standards and comply with health regulations in the F&B industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no degree required.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; no previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic math and money-handling skills; good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, issue receipts, manage cash drawer, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Standing for long periods of time; must be able to work in a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Trustworthy, punctual, detail-oriented, and friendly with a professional appearance.
