  • Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Operate the cash register/POS system to process payments (cash, card, or digital).
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as necessary.

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the checkout area.
  • Ensure price accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Provide product information and assist with basic customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with sales staff and supervisors for smooth operations.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions.
