  • Financial Management:Process customer payments, including cash, checks, credit, and mobile payments. 
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets accurately. 
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. 
  • Maintain accurate logs and reconcile financial records. 
  • Disburse petty cash and ensure proper documentation. 
  • Administrative Duties:Receive, sort, and distribute mail. 
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing and document management. 
  • Prepare purchase order requests and maintain financial records. 
  • Handle and maintain various office files and records. 
  • Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming environment. 
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally. 
  • Resolve issues and provide relevant information to customers.
