  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and checkout food and beverages efficiently at Tong Yang Corporation.
  • Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments, ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Provide information on menu items, promotions, and answer queries about our F&B services.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the station, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma degree.
  • Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in cashiering or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cashiering, customer service, and familiarity with operations in a Quick Service Restaurant. Ability to handle cash and payment systems accurately.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage all transactions with customers efficiently, issue receipts, refunds, and change. Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require standing for prolonged periods and dealing with high customer volume during peak hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: A customer-oriented approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, and a high degree of attention to detail.
