Accurately processes payments from customers using POS cash register machines.
Scans items and ensures that pricing and/or applied discount is accurate and valid for the specific sale period (if applicable).
Accurately collects payments whether in cash, debit, credit or check transactions. Maintains accurate cash drawer that reconciles with issued invoices and/or receipts.
Accurately issues provisional receipt (PR) for downpayment or partial payment such as but not limited to indent items. Monitors DP that needs to be applied as tender vs specific POS invoice.
Accurately handles POS Invoice cancellation with prior approval from immediate head. Cancellation may arise from defective items that need to be returned and replaced with either the same item or a new and different item, error in tender, etc.
Timely generates/provides POS Z report daily (at the close of every business transaction) for submission to general accounting.
Timely creation of customer code in SAP (every weekend).
Assists in interim and yearly physical inventory count in 814 Arnaiz Showroom.
Timely resolves customer complaints and concerns with regards to payments, issued invoices, receipts, and the like in a timely manner.
Performs such other accounting-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting or related field.
Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students looking to gain practical experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties: Process transactions, handle cash, and assist customers with inquiries.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requiring standing for extended periods.
Qualities and Traits: Reliable, friendly, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
