  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help with mobility support, including transferring from bed to chair, walking, or using mobility aids.
  • Monitor and remind clients about medications (as directed by healthcare professionals).
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities.
  • Observe and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to family or healthcare providers.
  • Ensure safety by preventing falls, accidents, or health risks in the home.
