Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations

Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups

Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance

Generate & send medical reports

Qualifications:

 At least high school graduate, college undergraduate, college graduate 

 With or Without Experience | Healthcare account experience is a plus. 

 Good communication skills
