- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage schedules, and maintain records.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide information and resolve issues related to products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency, strong customer service skills, scheduling abilities, and solid team player attributes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
