We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed at least 2 years of college
• At least 6 months of experience in BPO or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus
