We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle both inbound and outbound communications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in company systems.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• College graduates, no required work experience
• Completed 2 years in college, with 6 months BPO

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
