  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

  • Continuously update product knowledge.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, customer service, Salesforce, sales pitching, closure, organizational, people, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, empathetic, resilient, and goal-oriented.
