  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide product information and assistance over phone, email, and chat.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to manage sales pipelines, excellent organizational skills, and experience in a call center environment.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with possible shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills in English, patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
