Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Banking)

Salary Package:

• PHP 19,000 – 0 to 5 months CSR voice experience
• PHP 22,000 – 6 to 11 months CSR voice experience
• PHP 24,000 – 12 months and above CSR voice experience

Sign-On Bonus: PHP 25,000

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
• At least 6 months CSR voice experience (required for higher salary tiers)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to banking concerns
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and data privacy standards
