- Provide exceptional customer service via phone in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a quality experience.
المتطلبات
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service; scheduling; familiarity with Salesforce; financially literate; call centre experience preferred; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, schedule appointments, and support sales efforts.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and adaptability.
