Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Assist customers with order placement, account concerns, billing issues, and general support needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Record and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical) for escalated concerns
