Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for our Makati site. This position is open to applicants with or without BPO experience. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns efficiently
• Document all customer interactions properly in the system
• Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain excellent service standards

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• No BPO experience required – we welcome first-time job seekers!
• Good communication and comprehension skills in English
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Can start immediately and is open to shifting schedules
