  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Document all interactions in the customer database.
  • Meet performance goals including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to improve service quality.

المتطلبات

  • High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, scheduling expertise, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, schedule appointments, and contribute to team efforts.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and persuasive sales techniques.
