Responsibilities

Someone who can handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Assist customers with billing inquiries, complaints, technical support, or order processing. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately. Escalate complex concerns to higher-level support when necessary. Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards. Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
