Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Cebu Sites

We are seeking customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our team across various Cebu locations. In this role, you will assist customers with their concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver timely solutions through voice, chat, or email channels. This position is ideal for applicants who are dedicated, adaptable, and committed to offering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide clear information, and offer effective resolutions.
• Handle account updates, service requests, escalations, and other transactions.
• Document all customer interactions correctly using internal tools and systems.
• Achieve quality standards and meet performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu and open to shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
• Able to multitask, adapt to changes, and work well under pressure.
