Produces, layout or detail components to resolve design, shop and as-built drawing problems.
Consults AutoCAD Supervisor and coordinates with other AutoCAD Operator re: layout, or detail components/systems and to resolve drawing issue.
Prepares, produces and reproduces drawing as required in acquiring applicable permits.
Modifies and revises drawings as instructed by AutoCAD Supervisor.
Produces drawings using computer-assisted drafting systems and not limited to other advance software such as Sketchup, BIM Revit, etc.
Conducts field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction & as-built drawings.
Lays out and draw sketches, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components systems.
Produces and duplicates drawings and documentation using blueprinting, or other duplicating methods.
Produces documentation packages and drawings sets which are then checked and assembled by the the AutoCAD Supervisor, PIC and QAQC
Preforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by superiors.

With at least 2 years experience on MEPF Shop drawings, cad management and as Built Drawings
With working experience in piping plans/layouts, ability to develop piping isometric and take-off spool drawings.
Knowledgeable about methods and materials of construction and design principles
Team player with above communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, hardworking under pressure and willing to work overtime
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Architecture or equivalent.
Required skill(s): excellent in cadd application, knowledgeable on MEPF/architectural drawings, can interpret construction drawings, ability to develop piping isometric and take off spool drawings.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Willing to relocate or to assign outside laguna. Location: Danao, Cebu
