Job Purpose*

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in turning complex logistics data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities*

• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various

sources

• Design and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data

solutions

• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of

analytics outputs

• Document processes, data flows, and dashboard logic for transparency and reproducibility

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics data to support continuous improvement

• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from business units

Qualifications*

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation

• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to QA and validate own work prior to deployment

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills*

• Experience with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows

• Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud data platform

• Exposure to PowerApps for building low-code business applications

• Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus
