We are seeking an experienced local promotion leader to establish and manage a full-time and part-time promotion team dedicated to driving user acquisition and revenue growth for our voice room application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing promotion teams and executing effective local marketing strategies in the Philippines. This is a remote position with significant performance-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a mixed team of full-time and part-time local promoters to acquire new users for our product

Develop and implement data-driven user acquisition strategies on Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other mainstream social platforms in the Philippines

Recruit, train, onboard, and continuously develop team members to maximize their performance

Set clear performance targets for the team and monitor daily/weekly progress

Track key metrics including user acquisition cost, conversion rates, and team ROI

Provide regular performance reports and insights to the headquarters team

Create comprehensive training materials and standard operating procedures for the promotion team

Implement and enforce company policies, particularly anti-fraud and data protection measures

Resolve team conflicts and maintain high team morale and retention rates

Optimize promotion channels and tactics to improve overall conversion efficiency

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience managing local lead generation, ground promotion, or user acquisition teams in the Philippines

Proven experience in the entertainment, gaming, or social media industry is strongly preferred

Deep understanding of Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp marketing rules and best practices in the Philippine market

Basic data analysis skills, ability to interpret conversion funnels and calculate ROI

Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams to achieve aggressive targets

Familiarity with local online communities and promotion channels
