Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with local clients and instructors in Mexico/Chile/Colombia;

2. Plan and participate in offline events and industry exhibitions in Mexico/Chile/Colombia, assisting with booth setup, client development, and understanding market trends;

3. Responsible for the setup, operation, and user relationship management of social media accounts;

4. Assist the Chinese team with various information translation and communication;

5. Proficient in data analysis, and able to develop and execute the company's established online promotion plans based on data;

6. Drive the implementation of the company's key promotion projects, coordinate cross-departmental communication, and ensure project progress and results;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with exceptions made for outstanding candidates. Proficiency in any two of Spanish, Chinese, and English is required, with candidates proficient in all three languages (Spanish + English + Chinese) preferred, and possessing excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;

2. Possess negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills;

3. Able to control the visual and audio effects of social media according to company requirements and local culture, and complete the company's brand promotion plan;

4. Possess strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly implement ideas and put them into action;

5. Results-oriented and highly self-motivated. Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
